📜 Terms & Conditions of Airport Transfer Services 🛫

📌 § 1. General Provisions

  1. These Terms & Conditions define the rules for the provision of passenger transport services (airport transfers) by Transfer - Gdańsk, based in Gdańsk, NIP: 8491550434, hereinafter referred to as the "Carrier".

  2. The client (hereinafter referred to as the "Passenger" or "Ordering Party") may be a natural person, a legal entity, or an organizational unit without legal personality.

  3. Placing an order for the service is equivalent to accepting the provisions of these Terms & Conditions.

📅 § 2. Booking and Orders

  1. A transfer booking can be made via:

  2. The booking should be placed at least 4 HOURS before the planned transfer. "Last minute" orders are carried out subject to fleet availability.

  3. A correct request must include: the Passenger's name and surname, pick-up date and time, flight number (for airport pick-ups), number of passengers, amount of luggage, and destination address.

  4. The contract of carriage is concluded when the Ordering Party receives confirmation of order acceptance from the Carrier (via email or SMS).

💳 § 3. Prices and Payments

  1. Service fees are calculated according to the current Price List available on the website or agreed upon individually before the start of the journey.

  2. The transfer price includes: travel via the optimal route, Personal Accident (NNW) insurance for Passengers for the duration of the journey, and luggage transport in accordance with the limit.

  3. The price does not include additional costs, such as paid parking (exceeding the agreed waiting time limit) or toll highways, unless agreed otherwise.

  4. Available payment methods:

    • Cash to the driver.

    • Payment card (in-vehicle terminal).

    • Traditional bank transfer (prepayment).

    • Online payment (when booking through the website).

  5. The Carrier issues a VAT invoice at the Passenger's request made at the time of booking or after the journey (in accordance with applicable regulations).

🧳 § 4. Transport Rules and Luggage

  1. Airport waiting time: The transfer price includes driver waiting time of up to 60 MINUTES from the moment the plane lands. An additional fee may be charged after this time.

  2. Flight delays: The Carrier monitors flight statuses. In the event of a flight delay, the Carrier will adjust the vehicle's arrival time without additional charges, provided the schedule of other orders allows it.

  3. Luggage: The Passenger has the right to carry luggage in quantities and dimensions consistent with the specifications of the ordered vehicle. Atypical luggage (skis, baby strollers, pet carriers) must be reported when booking.

  4. Safety:

    • Strictly no smoking and no alcohol consumption in the vehicle.

    • Passengers are obliged to fasten their seatbelts.

    • Children are transported only in safety seats (the Carrier provides a child seat upon prior notification of the child's age and weight).

    • The driver has the right to refuse transport to persons who are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or behaving aggressively.

❌ § 5. Booking Cancellation and Withdrawal from the Contract

  1. The Ordering Party has the right to cancel the booking free of charge no later than e.g., 24 HOURS before the scheduled start time of the service.

  2. If the order is canceled after the deadline specified in point 1 or if the Passenger fails to appear at the agreed location (so-called "no-show"), the Carrier has the right to charge the Ordering Party an amount equal to e.g., 100% of the order value.

⚖️ § 6. Liability and Complaints

  1. The Carrier is not responsible for delays resulting from reasons beyond its control (force majeure), such as: extreme weather conditions, road blockades, accidents, strikes, or airport system failures.

  2. The Carrier makes every effort to deliver the Passenger on time, but recommends planning an adequate time margin for the journey to the airport.

  3. The Passenger bears financial responsibility for damages caused to the vehicle due to their fault (e.g., soiling the upholstery).

  4. Complaints should be submitted by email to the address [E-MAIL ADDRESS] within 14 days of service performance. The Carrier will process the complaint within 14 business days.

🔒 § 7. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

  1. The data controller is TRANSFERY - GDANSK.

  2. Personal data is processed exclusively for the purpose of executing the carriage contract and issuing accounting documents.

  3. Detailed rules for data processing can be found in the Privacy Policy available at www.transfery-gdansk.com.

📝 § 8. Final Provisions

  1. For matters not covered by these Terms & Conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Transport Law Act shall apply.

  2. The Terms & Conditions enter into force on the day of publication.
